For new customers: your friend must claim the offer through your link before creating an account, then order using that same email. Customers with an existing account or a prior order, including guest orders, are not eligible for the friend offer.

From points to checkout.
Sign in
Sign in to your store account, then open your rewards panel.
Choose your reward
Open Ways to redeem and select a reward you have enough points for.
Redeem your points
Select Redeem to generate your reward code. Your points are deducted when the code is generated.
Apply your code
Use Apply code if offered, or copy the code into the Discount code field at checkout.
Not shopping yet? Your unused reward codes remain available under Your rewards in the panel.

When do I receive points for an order?
Order points are awarded when your order is paid. Points are calculated from the order subtotal after discounts. If the order is refunded, its points are cancelled.
Can I earn points when I check out as a guest?
You can earn purchase points as a guest. To access or redeem them, sign in or create an account using the same email you used at checkout, then open your rewards panel.
How do birthday points work?
Enter your birthday in your rewards panel at least 30 days before your birthday. This advance entry is required for the 300-point birthday reward, which can be awarded once every 365 days.
What happens if I redeem points but do not use the code?
Points are deducted when the reward code is generated. You can find unused codes under Your rewards in the panel and use them when you are ready to order.
Can I combine a reward with another discount?
Reward discounts cannot be combined with other discounts. The 10% and 15% rewards also require you to be signed in to your store account.
